The Overview Dashboard
The Overview dashboard is your home base for monitoring n8n workflows across all companies.
Key Metrics
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see summary cards showing:
- Total Executions - How many workflow runs in the selected date range
- Successes - Number of successful executions
- Failures - Number of failed executions
- Success Rate - Percentage of successful executions
- Time Saved - Estimated hours saved by automation
If you have LLM providers connected, you'll also see:
- Total LLM Cost - Combined spending across all providers
- Tokens Used - Total input and output tokens
Date Range Selection
Use the date picker in the top-right corner to change the time period. The default is the last 7 days. All dashboard metrics, charts, and lists update based on your selection.
Execution Trends Chart
The line chart shows daily execution counts, with separate lines for successes and failures. This helps you spot trends and anomalies over time.
Top Companies
The Top Companies widget shows your most active companies by execution volume. Each row displays:
- Company name and code
- Instance count
- Execution and failure counts
- Success rate
- Time saved hours
- LLM costs (if applicable)
Top Failing Workflows
This widget highlights workflows with the most failures in your date range. Click any workflow to see details and error messages.
Companies at Risk
Shows companies with a failure rate above 20%. These need attention to improve workflow reliability.
Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar provides quick access to all sections:
- Overview - The main dashboard (where you are now)
- Companies - Manage your company list
- n8n Instances - View and sync connected instances
- Workflows - Browse all workflows
- Errors - Investigate failed executions
- Sync Health - Monitor data synchronization
- LLM Providers - Manage cost tracking
- LLM Costs - Analyze AI spending
Account Switcher
Click the account name at the top of the sidebar to switch between organizations.
User Menu
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar to access Profile Settings, Security Settings, Preferences, and Sign Out.
