How are workflows synced?
Workflows sync hourly from each connected n8n instance. We pull the workflow ID, name, and active status. New workflows appear within an hour of being created in n8n.
Can I see workflows from multiple instances?
Yes. The workflow list shows all workflows across all connected instances. You can filter by client or instance, or search by workflow name to find what you need.
How does time saved tracking work?
For each workflow, you configure 'minutes saved per success' (and optionally per failure). Administrate multiplies this by execution count to calculate total time saved. You can set different values per workflow based on complexity.
Can I see execution history for a workflow?
Yes. Each workflow shows execution trends over your selected date range, plus a list of recent failures with error messages. You can drill into any execution for full details.
What if a workflow exists in multiple instances?
Each workflow is tracked separately per instance, even if they have the same name. Workflows are uniquely identified by their n8n workflow ID plus the instance they belong to.
Can I open workflows directly in n8n?
Yes. Each workflow has a direct link to open it in its n8n instance. Click through to view or edit the workflow in the n8n editor.
