Timezone Settings

Configure timezones at the organization and personal level to ensure dates and times display correctly.

Two-Level System

Timezones work at two levels:

  1. Organization timezone - The default for all team members
  2. Personal timezone - Your individual override (optional)

If you don't set a personal timezone, you'll use your organization's timezone.

Setting Organization Timezone

Admins and owners can set the organization timezone:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Find the Timezone field
  3. Search for your timezone (e.g., "New York", "London", "Tokyo")
  4. Click Save Changes

All team members without a personal timezone will use this setting.

Setting Personal Timezone

Override the organization timezone for yourself:

  1. Go to Profile Settings
  2. Find the Timezone field
  3. Search and select your timezone
  4. Click Save Changes

Select "Use organization timezone" to clear your personal override.

Browser Auto-Detection

When you create a new organization, we automatically detect your browser's timezone and use it as the default. You can change this anytime.

Supported Timezones

We support all standard IANA timezones, including:

  • Americas: America/New_York, America/Chicago, America/Los_Angeles, America/Sao_Paulo
  • Europe: Europe/London, Europe/Paris, Europe/Berlin, Europe/Moscow
  • Asia: Asia/Tokyo, Asia/Shanghai, Asia/Singapore, Asia/Dubai
  • Pacific: Pacific/Auckland, Pacific/Sydney, Australia/Melbourne
  • And many more...

Search by city name, country, or UTC offset to find your timezone.
