Weekly Summary Reports
Receive a comprehensive weekly digest of your fleet's performance, delivered every Monday morning. Reports are automatically saved and accessible from the Reports page.
When It's Sent
Weekly summaries are sent every Monday at 9:00 AM in your local timezone. The report covers the previous 7 days of activity.
What's Included
Executive Summary - Total workflow executions - Overall success rate - Total failures - Time saved (hours) - LLM spend (if tracking is enabled)
Budget Alerts - Companies exceeding their LLM budget (highlighted in red) - Companies approaching budget limits (warning in yellow)
Company Performance - Breakdown by company showing executions, failures, success rate - Time saved per company - LLM costs per company
Companies at Risk - Companies with failure rate above 10% - Helps identify potential issues before companies notice
Failing Workflows - Top workflows by failure count - Company association for each workflow
LLM Costs by Provider - Spend breakdown by provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) - Helps track where your AI costs are going
Accessing Past Reports
Every weekly summary is saved and accessible from the Reports page in the sidebar:
- Click Reports in the left sidebar
- Browse reports by date
- Click any report to view full details
Report Detail Page
Each report has a dedicated page showing:
- Complete executive summary with all metrics
- Expandable sections for budget alerts, company performance, and more
- "View Full Report" button in emails links directly to this page
Downloading Reports
You can download reports as PDF for sharing with stakeholders:
- Open the report detail page
- Click Download PDF at the top
- The report is rendered as a professional PDF document
Alternatively, use your browser's print function (Cmd+P / Ctrl+P) for a quick print-friendly version.
Who Receives Weekly Summaries
All users in your account receive the weekly summary for each account they belong to. The summary is only sent if there were executions during the period.
Disabling Weekly Summaries
You can disable weekly summaries in Settings → Notifications → Weekly Summary. You'll still be able to view reports on the Reports page.
Data in the Email
The email contains a summary of all report data plus a direct link to view the full report in Administrate. Key metrics are highlighted:
- Green for high success rates (95%+)
- Red for failures and budget overages
- Yellow/orange for warnings
