System Alerts Overview
Administrate automatically monitors your n8n workflows and LLM costs, sending alerts when issues are detected. This helps you catch problems early and stay within budget.
Alert Types

| LLM Budget Exceeded | AI API spend | Company exceeds monthly budget |
| LLM Sync Failed | Provider connections | Sync errors with OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. |
How You Receive Alerts
Alerts are delivered through multiple channels:
- In-app notifications - Bell icon in the header
- Email - Sent to your registered email address
- Webhooks - For integration with external tools (optional)
Managing Alerts
You can configure which alerts you receive in Settings → Notifications. Critical alerts (like budget exceeded) cannot be disabled.
