Company At Risk Alerts
Get alerted when a company's overall workflow health deteriorates significantly.
When This Alert Triggers
The alert fires when a company has: - 20% or higher failure rate - At least 50 executions in the past hour
The minimum execution threshold ensures you're not alerted for companies with low activity where a few failures could skew the percentage.
What You'll See
In-app notification:
"[Company Name] has a high failure rate" "25% failure rate over the last hour"
Email alert includes: - Company name and link - Failure rate and execution counts - Top 5 failing workflows - Direct link to the company's error page
Cooldown Period
To prevent notification spam, you'll only receive one alert per company per hour, even if the failure rate remains high.
How to Respond
- Click the notification to go to the company detail page
- Check which workflows are contributing to failures
- Review the Top Failing Workflows in the email
- Consider whether multiple workflows share a common cause:
- Shared API credentials that expired
- External service outage
- Data source issues
