From its Sydney head office, INGRITY runs data and AI projects with teams in Melbourne and Brisbane and an offshore delivery centre in Makati, Philippines. Founded by Sanan Thamo, it groups its work into data, AI and technology services. The name blends the words intelligence and grit.

On the AI side, the firm offers AI consulting, AI engineering, intelligent applications and AIOps or ModelOps. Its engineers design scalable architectures for cloud, hybrid or on-premises use, set up MLOps pipelines for training, testing, release and monitoring, and connect models to ERP, CRM and data warehouse systems. It is a Microsoft partner and works with Azure, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform and Power BI. An internal AI hub called GritHub and reusable accelerators, such as one that moves legacy reports to modern platforms, support delivery.

The data practice covers strategy and roadmaps, cloud platform migration on Azure, AWS and GCP, data warehouses, dashboards, predictive models and managed analytics services. Published work includes churn prediction for a major Australian bank and regulatory reporting warehouses for insurers.
