Cevo
Australian-owned AWS Premier Partner building governed AI agents, data platforms and cloud systems
Skills & Services
About
Cevo works only on Amazon Web Services and holds AWS Premier Partner status. The Australian-owned consultancy has offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra. Its four service lines cover AI and agentic systems, data, application modernisation and cloud foundations.
AI work runs through an operating model called AI Studio. An Enable phase checks data and platform readiness, ranks use cases and sets a staged roadmap. A Build phase proves a use case quickly, then designs and ships a secure production system. Governance, monitoring and responsible AI controls are part of the design from the start. Packaged accelerators target knowledge worker tools, operations agents and sales assistants, and can take a single use case to production in six to twelve weeks. Published projects use Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Textract, Lambda and Step Functions, often with Anthropic's Claude models.
The data practice covers strategy, platforms, integration, analytics and governance, which gives AI projects a sound base. Modernisation work moves legacy applications onto AWS and builds new digital products. Cevo serves financial services, insurance, retail, energy and utilities, government, education and software vendors.
Portfolio
ECH: Claude-based assistant for aged care enquiries on Amazon Bedrock

NEOS: generative AI email sorting for a life insurance business
A pilot on Bedrock and serverless AWS tools classifies inbound emails and drafts replies, cutting manual triage.
PICA Group: AI document classification for strata management
Three AI options were trialled to sort invoices and records, and the chosen classifier now runs in PICA's AWS account.
