Slalom

Slalom's Australian team runs AI work from offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane. It serves local companies and government, as well as global clients with interests in the region. Engagements run from AI strategy and choosing use cases through to the build, staff adoption and the ongoing operation of agentic workflows in production.

On the delivery side, the team designs AI assistants, copilots and agent workflows that sit inside existing business processes, with people kept in the loop. It also builds machine learning models and AI-enabled products. Alongside the technology, it sets up guardrails, monitoring and governance to protect sensitive data, and helps staff roles and team structures adjust to working with AI.

Slalom partners with AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce and OpenAI, and runs an accelerator for Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud. Its Australian customer stories include a generative AI assistant for Xero on Facebook Messenger. The assistant answers customer questions and connects to Salesforce Service Cloud so a conversation can open a support case.
