LLM Sync Failure Alerts
Get notified when Administrate can't sync usage data from your LLM providers.
When This Alert Triggers
The alert fires when a provider sync fails due to: - Invalid or expired API key - Network connectivity issues - Provider API errors or outages - Rate limiting from the provider
What You'll See
In-app notification:
"LLM sync failed" "Sync failed for Provider Name: Invalid API key"
Cooldown Period
You'll only receive one alert per provider per hour to prevent spam during extended outages.
How to Respond
- Click the notification to go to the provider detail page
- Check the Sync Error message at the top of the page
- Review Recent Sync Runs for details
- Common fixes:
- Invalid API key: Regenerate your key and update in provider settings
- Rate limited: Wait and retry, or upgrade your provider plan
- Provider outage: Check the provider's status page
Manual Sync
After fixing the issue, click Sync Now on the provider page to verify the connection is working.
Sync Schedule
LLM providers sync automatically every hour. If syncs fail repeatedly, your cost data may become stale.
Who Receives Sync Alerts
Only account admins receive sync failure alerts.
