Configuring Alert Preferences

Control which alerts you receive via email and in-app notifications.

Accessing Preferences

  1. Click your avatar in the header
  2. Select Settings
  3. Go to the Notifications tab

Alert Categories

Alerts are grouped into categories:

Monitoring - Workflow Failures - Company At Risk - Weekly Summary

LLM Costs - LLM Budget Warning - LLM Sync Failed

What You Can Configure

For each alert type, you can choose to receive: - In-app notifications - Appear in the bell icon menu - Email notifications - Sent to your registered email

Critical Alerts

Some alerts cannot be disabled because they indicate serious issues:

  • LLM Budget Exceeded - Always notified
  • Payment Failed - Always notified
  • Security Alerts - Always notified

Per-Channel Settings

You can enable in-app notifications while disabling email (or vice versa) for each alert type.

Default Settings

By default, all alerts are enabled for both in-app and email delivery. Adjust based on your preferences and how you prefer to stay informed.
