Viewing Workflows
The Workflows page gives you visibility across all workflows from all n8n instances.
Accessing Workflows
Click Workflows in the sidebar to see the full list.
Workflow List
Each workflow shows:
- Name - The workflow name from n8n
- Company - Which company owns this workflow
- Instance - Which n8n instance it runs on
- Status - Active or inactive
- Executions - Number of runs in the date range
- Success Rate - Percentage of successful executions
- Failures - Number of failed executions
- Time Saved - Estimated hours saved
Filtering
Use the dropdowns to filter by:
- Company - Show only workflows for a specific company
- Instance - Show only workflows from a specific n8n instance
Sorting
Click column headers to sort by:
- Workflow name
- Executions (highest first)
- Success rate
- Failure count
Date Range
The date selector at the top affects all metrics. Change it to see different time periods.
Workflow Details
Click any workflow to see:
- Execution trends over time
- Recent failures with error details
- Time saved configuration
