Managing Companies
Companies in Administrate.dev represent the organizations or projects you're managing n8n workflows for. Each company can have multiple n8n instances.
Why Use Companies?
Organizing by company helps you:
- Group n8n instances - See all instances for a company in one place
- Track metrics per company - View execution stats, success rates, and time saved
- Attribute LLM costs - Assign AI spending to specific companies
- Set budgets - Define monthly LLM budget limits per company
Adding a Company
- Go to Companies in the sidebar
- Click Add Company in the top right
- Fill in the company details:
- Name - The company name
- Code - A short identifier (e.g., "acme", "company1")
- Timezone - For displaying times in the company's local time
- Contact Information (optional) - First name, last name, email, phone
- Notes (optional) - Internal notes about the company
- Monthly LLM Budget (optional) - Budget limit for AI costs
- Click Create Company

Viewing Company Details
Click any company in the list to see:
- Summary metrics - Total executions, success rate, failures, time saved
- n8n Instances - All connected instances for this company
- Workflows - Complete list of workflows across all instances
- Execution Trends - Chart showing daily successes/failures
- Time Saved Trends - Chart showing automation value over time
- LLM Costs - AI spending breakdown (if providers connected)

Editing a Company
- Click the company to open their detail page
- Click Edit in the top right
- Update the fields you want to change
- Click Save Changes
Setting LLM Budgets
If you're tracking LLM costs, you can set a monthly budget per company:
- Edit the company
- Enter the Monthly LLM Budget in dollars
- Save changes
The company detail page will show budget usage as a percentage and warn if costs approach the limit.
Deleting a Company
- Click the company to open their detail page
- Click Edit in the top right
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Company
- Confirm the deletion
Warning: Deleting a company also removes all associated n8n instances, workflows, and execution data.
Plan Limits
Your plan determines how many companies you can add:
- Solo - Unlimited companies
- Pro - Unlimited companies
- Agency - Unlimited companies
