Managing Companies

Companies in Administrate.dev represent the organizations or projects you're managing n8n workflows for. Each company can have multiple n8n instances.

Why Use Companies?

Organizing by company helps you:

  • Group n8n instances - See all instances for a company in one place
  • Track metrics per company - View execution stats, success rates, and time saved
  • Attribute LLM costs - Assign AI spending to specific companies
  • Set budgets - Define monthly LLM budget limits per company

Adding a Company

  1. Go to Companies in the sidebar
  2. Click Add Company in the top right
  3. Fill in the company details:
    • Name - The company name
    • Code - A short identifier (e.g., "acme", "company1")
    • Timezone - For displaying times in the company's local time
    • Contact Information (optional) - First name, last name, email, phone
