Sync Health Monitoring
The Sync Health page shows the status of data synchronization for all your n8n instances.
Accessing Sync Health
Click Sync Health in the sidebar.
Instance Status Matrix
For each instance, you'll see:
- Company - Which company owns the instance
- Instance - Instance name (click to view details)
- Base URL - The n8n deployment URL
- Workflows - Number of workflows discovered
- Status - Current sync health
- Last Workflows Sync - When workflows were last synced
- Last Executions Sync - When executions were last synced
- Error - Details if sync is failing
Sync Status Indicators
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| OK | Syncing normally |
| Error | Sync is failing |
| Never | Instance hasn't synced yet |
Sync History
Click any instance to see recent sync runs:
- Type - Workflows or Executions
- Status - Success or Failed
- Started/Finished - Timestamps
- Records - Created and updated counts
- Error - Details if it failed
Manual Sync
If sync is failing or you want to force an update:
- Click Sync Now on the instance row
- Or click Sync All to refresh all instances
The sync runs in the background. Refresh the page to see updated status.
Common Sync Issues
API Key Invalid - The n8n API key may have been revoked - Generate a new key in n8n and update the instance
Connection Refused - The n8n instance may be down - Check the base URL is correct - Verify network connectivity
Timeout - The n8n instance is slow to respond - Check n8n server resources - May indicate too many workflows/executions
Auto-Disable - After 10 consecutive failures, sync is paused - Fix the issue, then manually sync to resume
