About
As the Australian arm of Ippon, a technology consulting group that began in Paris, the Melbourne-based team works in small cross-functional squads across product and experience design, software and cloud engineering, quality engineering, and data and AI.
Its AI engineering practice builds agents and agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, LLM assistants, copilots, internal search and machine learning models, and connects them to the systems clients already run. It also covers AI security, evaluation and observability of cost, quality and risk. Acceptance tests are agreed with the client before the build, run on every release and handed over at the end. Systems are deployed in the client's own cloud accounts, with data kept onshore where needed. Engagements range from readiness checks and discovery sprints to proofs of value, production builds, process automation and specialist placements.
Ippon is a Claude Select services partner with Anthropic, an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, a Snowflake Premier services partner, a Databricks consulting partner and a dbt Labs partner. Published client work centres on large Australian retailers and wagering firms, including data pipelines, apps and platform engineering for Coles, Kmart, Myer, David Jones and Tabcorp. It suits enterprises that want AI built into existing platforms with measurable acceptance criteria.
