Edison AI

Edison AI is a Surry Hills consultancy, founded by Edison Ngu, that helps small and mid-sized Australian businesses put AI to work. It runs in-person sessions in Sydney and Melbourne and works remotely across the country. Its work splits into two streams: building systems and teaching people to use them.

On the build side, it starts with an AI readiness audit, then delivers AI agents, custom multi-agent systems, workflow automation between business apps, management dashboards and on-premise edge AI. It also offers AI marketing and visibility in AI search engines. Typical tools include ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Google Workspace, Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable and Supabase, connected to the CRM and helpdesk systems a client already runs.

On the training side, it offers team workshops, training shaped around specific roles, sessions for executives, prompt libraries and playbooks, and courses on cyber security and responsible AI use, as well as a six-week adoption program. Sectors it targets include finance and insurance, real estate, professional services, retail, trades, health clinics and construction. A sister brand, Edison Academy, teaches AI to school students.
