Work often starts with a fixed-scope AI readiness review that ends in a ranked roadmap with expected returns and governance. The firm then automates repetitive workflows, maps and simplifies core business processes, and builds custom copilots and assistants that connect large language models to Microsoft 365, Azure and other line-of-business systems. Its document processing service pulls out, sorts and acts on data from contracts, invoices and forms. A data service turns scattered records into dashboards for faster decisions.

Projects run through four stages: discover, design, deploy and optimise. Clients can stop after a single build or keep the firm on for ongoing support and improvement. Centric/AI also sells Centric/Core, its own CRM for advisory firms. It combines pipeline, tasks, client records and invoicing, links to Stripe, Xero, Brevo and Texto, and keeps data hosted in Australia.
