Bilue

Bilue is a digital product firm with offices in Sydney and Melbourne, founded by Cameron Barrie. Its designers and engineers plan, build and run apps and AI systems for large Australian brands, and its applied AI practice draws on the same strategy, design, engineering and cloud teams.

AI work follows four stages. A one-week workshop picks the use cases worth pursuing. A blueprint phase of four to six weeks audits data, assets and risks and sets scope and success measures. Builds run in one-week sprints, with the client owning the code and test gates checked each sprint before anything ships. A monthly service then watches for drift, maintains test suites and manages model upgrades. The team designs single and multi-agent systems, retrieval over company knowledge, LLM integration and fine-tuning, and connections to existing APIs, with deployment on AWS. Clients can hire senior AI engineers to join their team, buy a fixed-price project or use a full delivery squad.

Outside AI, Bilue does product and UX design, iOS and Android apps in native code, React Native or Flutter, web builds, cloud engineering and ongoing support. It is an Apple Technical Partner, an Optimizely Gold Partner and an AWS partner, and it follows ISO 27001 security practices. Its sectors include financial services, health, government, retail, travel, telco and media.
