Automata AI is a Sydney implementation firm that works mainly with Anthropic's Claude. Founded by Deep Singh and listed as an Anthropic Partner, it serves mid-market Australian organisations and pays close attention to local rules such as APRA CPS 230, the Privacy Act and ASIC obligations.

Its Claude work covers four areas. Claude Code rollouts set up the tool for engineering teams and connect it to Git, CI/CD pipelines, IDEs and code review. Workspace rollouts on Claude Team or Enterprise add access controls, a shared prompt library, a usage policy and staff onboarding. Claude Cowork projects deploy agents with human approval and escalation steps. Custom agents built on the Anthropic API handle back-office tasks such as document processing, customer requests and accounts payable, and link to CRM, ERP, database and ticketing systems.

Engagements follow a staged path. A two-week discovery audits a handful of workflows, checks data readiness and produces a ranked automation roadmap. A four to eight week build takes one use case into production with training and post-launch support. Longer programs add several automations, change management and dashboards, and an enterprise option adds a dedicated team and board-level reporting.
