Model Context Protocol (MCP)

MCP lets AI assistants like Claude interact with your account.

What is MCP?

MCP is a protocol for connecting AI assistants to external services. Your AI assistant authenticates with an API token and can then read or modify data based on the token's permissions.

Supported Clients

  • Claude Desktop
  • Cursor
  • Other MCP-compatible clients

What Can AI Assistants Do?

With the right permissions, an AI assistant can:

  • View your profile and account info
  • List and search team members
  • View pending invitations

The token's permission level controls what's accessible.

Getting Started

  1. Create an API token at Settings > Developers
  2. Configure your AI client with the token
  3. Ask questions in natural language

Security

AI assistants only access what your token allows. All actions are logged, and you can revoke token access anytime.
