Model Context Protocol (MCP)
MCP lets AI assistants like Claude interact with your account.
What is MCP?
MCP is a protocol for connecting AI assistants to external services. Your AI assistant authenticates with an API token and can then read or modify data based on the token's permissions.
Supported Clients
- Claude Desktop
- Cursor
- Other MCP-compatible clients
What Can AI Assistants Do?
With the right permissions, an AI assistant can:
- View your profile and account info
- List and search team members
- View pending invitations
The token's permission level controls what's accessible.
Getting Started
- Create an API token at Settings > Developers
- Configure your AI client with the token
- Ask questions in natural language
Security
AI assistants only access what your token allows. All actions are logged, and you can revoke token access anytime.
