Nomad AI

Founded by partners TC Bakhour and Felix Miletich, Nomad AI is a small generative AI consultancy with bases in Melbourne and Sydney. It serves businesses across Australia, working remotely with interstate clients and travelling for key milestones. Its stated sectors include property development, professional services, healthcare, retail and manufacturing.

Projects follow a three-step method called Inform, Design and Create. Inform sessions explain generative AI, its risks and its uses in the client's sector, with optional hands-on tool training for staff. Design workshops, held in person or online, build a ranked backlog of use cases for both staff and customers. Create turns the chosen use cases into working systems that fit the client's existing tools.

Build work covers support chatbots, voice assistants, recommendation engines, sentiment analysis, custom knowledge bases, fine-tuned language models and AI agents that carry out multi-step tasks. The team works with Microsoft Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, plus tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, n8n and Make. After launch it monitors and tunes each system, trains users and ships updates.
