ExIQ

ExIQ is an Adelaide business improvement firm, founded by Michael LeVene, that works with mid-market and enterprise clients across Australia. It looks for the places where a business loses time and money, then fixes them through changes to process, technology and AI. Engagements can run from an initial investigation and business case through to delivery.

Its AI work starts with strategy, governance, AI policy, investment cases and help with procurement. On the delivery side it builds AI automation inside working processes, single and multi-agent systems, and voice agents for phone calls that run on the Afreia platform. It also helps organisations prepare for Microsoft Copilot, with training, governance and agent workflows. Outside AI, it offers broader digital change programs, process redesign, custom software and systems integration, plus a separate web design studio called ExIQ Web.

Published projects include a CRM and task system rollout for a rural finance adviser, an order automation plan for a produce wholesaler and a digital roadmap for a manufacturer. ExIQ targets manufacturing, government, financial services, sport and clubs, healthcare and wholesale distribution. It is a member of the Australian Artificial Intelligence Industry Group.
