Founded by Andrew Hill, a former HR transformation leader at Deloitte, Bosley AI works from Melbourne and Sydney. It treats AI adoption as a people and operating model problem first, then builds and runs the systems that support the change.

The firm works in three parts. Bosley AI handles strategy and engineering: a board-ready AI plan that links use cases to outcomes and decision rights, an operating model for moving pilots into production, and sprints that deliver working agents and automation linked to CRM, HRIS and messaging tools. Governance is built in through ownership models, role-based access, logging and performance monitoring, and an ongoing service keeps agents tuned after launch. Bosley Solutions is the first Australian implementation partner for Eightfold.ai, covering talent acquisition, talent management, contingent workforce planning and skills-based resourcing, and it also offers Workday GO for mid-market HR and payroll. Bosley Compliance reviews award interpretation and rostering, corrects underpayments and can run payroll checks on an ongoing basis.

The team builds with Anthropic's Claude and offers its own agents for sales prospecting, stakeholder research, daily operations and scenario modelling. It names financial services, healthcare, government, retail, resources, technology and professional services among its sectors.
