Founded by Llew Jury and Ceri Jury, Advancer runs from Fortitude Valley in Brisbane and works mainly with businesses in Queensland. Its method puts people first: the team studies how work is done before building anything, treats change management as part of every project and tracks results against agreed measures.

Many clients start with hands-on AI training or an agent mapping session, which lists the tasks best suited to an AI agent. The firm then builds the agents. Examples include a voice agent that answers calls at any hour, qualifies callers, books them into Google Calendar or Outlook and sends the business a summary. Other builds include web chatbots and back-office agents for invoice matching, vehicle delivery tracking and build status updates. These link to tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceM8 and ServiceTitan. The firm also sets up Microsoft Copilot, runs data and Power BI work, and offers a part-time AI director service.

Published client work spans car dealers, venues, fertility care, early learning, construction, equipment hire, real estate and local government. Named projects include voice agents for Bartons Motor Group and The Tivoli Group, a patient chatbot for City Fertility's donor bank, and AI training for Brisbane City Council staff.
