LLM Costs Dashboard
The LLM Costs page gives you complete visibility into AI spending across all providers.
Accessing LLM Costs
Click LLM Costs in the sidebar.
Note: This feature requires a Pro or Agency plan.
Summary Metrics
At the top, you'll see totals for the selected date range:
- Total Cost - Combined spending across all providers
- Tokens - Total input and output tokens
- Requests - Number of API calls
- Providers - Number of connected providers
- Avg Cost/Request - Average cost per API call
Daily Cost Chart
The line chart shows spending trends over time:
- Hover over points to see exact daily costs
- Spot spikes that need investigation
- Track progress against budgets
Cost Breakdowns
Three tabs show spending from different angles:
By Provider - Provider name and type - Total cost - Token usage - Request count
By Model - Model name - Cost breakdown - Token usage - Useful for optimizing model selection
By Company - Company name - Attributed cost - Percentage of total - Helps with company billing
Filtering
Use the filters to narrow results:
- Date Range - Select the time period
- Provider - Filter by specific provider
- Company - Filter by specific company
- Model - Filter by specific model
Drilling Down
Click any row to see more details:
- Provider row → Provider detail page
- Company row → Company LLM costs
- Model row → Model usage over time
Exporting Data
Click Export to download cost data as CSV for:
- Billing reconciliation
- Company invoicing
- Budget analysis
