Upgrading
Each listing has its own plan. You upgrade one listing at a time. Admins and owners can change plans.
Your First Paid Listing
- Go to Settings > Plan and billing
- Find the listing under Your listings
- Click Pay monthly ($39 a month) or Pay yearly ($390 a year)
- Complete payment in Stripe Checkout
The listing moves to Listing Pro when the payment is complete.
More Listings
When one listing is already on Listing Pro, the other listings show Upgrade.
- Click Upgrade next to the listing
- Confirm
We add the listing to your current subscription, at the same billing period. Stripe charges a prorated amount for the rest of the period. You do not go through Checkout again.
What Happens
- The listing gets the Listing Pro features at once
- Your account gets the Listing Pro monitoring limits
- Your billing date does not change
Monthly or Yearly
All your Listing Pro listings use the same billing period. To change it for all of them, click Pay monthly instead or Pay yearly instead on the billing page.
Older Plans
The older Pro and Agency plans already include Listing Pro for every listing. You do not need to upgrade.
