Fiveleaf is a UK company that designs, builds and runs AI agents for service businesses with high customer volume: broadband and telecoms first, and increasingly energy, housing, insurance, retail and subscription businesses.

We build three kinds of agent on one shared foundation. Inbound agents answer customers on web chat, WhatsApp, email, SMS and voice, around the clock. Triggered agents start the conversation when something happens in your systems, such as a contract nearing its end or a customer starting to switch, and turn the reply into a full conversation. Internal agents help your own team, from call quality assurance to reporting.

Every agent works inside the systems you already run. It verifies the customer, pulls their account from your CRM or billing platform, resolves the issue from your own knowledge and policies, and acts: raising tickets, booking callbacks, applying renewals and retention offers, capturing and qualifying prospects. When a person is needed, it hands over with the customer verified, the account loaded, the issue captured and the transcript attached, so your team reads a brief instead of the backlog.

We work build-then-run. A fixed-fee build takes the first agent live in four to eight weeks, including the shared platform. Every agent after that reuses it, so the second goes live in one to three weeks and later ones faster still. After launch we host, monitor and improve the agents every week, as part of the monthly service rather than an extra.

For a UK fibre broadband provider, the platform returns around 5:1 a month on the investment, and 71% of cancellation requests handled through it are saved, verified against the client's own operational data. Every engagement runs through the founder personally, from the first call to the agent running live.
